Designed to replace the damaged thread in your frame. These come in 2 sizes, 5mm and 7mm for different width frame.
The 5mm are for 6mm frames and 7mm are for 8mm frames. You will need a 12mm drill to remove the damaged thread in the frame and then insert the saver into your frame from the rear. Your mech screw then screws into the frame saver from the side and you are back up and running. Please ensure you select the correct width for your frame too.
