I can’t find a hanger for my bike?
We have a few ways for you to find your correct hanger

- Match from the images on the site
If you still cannot find the hanger you need please send us an email to info@betd.co.uk and will identify it for you if it is one within our range.
Are bolts supplied with the hangers?
You can re-use your old bolts if not worn or damaged. The bolts come with the hanger unless you opt out.
I only have the frame no hanger what can I do?
Please send us a clear photo of were the hanger would fit into the frame to info@betd.co.uk and will be able to identify it for you, if we have it within our range of hangers.
Can you make a hanger for my bike?
Unfortunately, we cannot make a one -off or small runs less than 50 hangers.
What are the delivery options?
Our delivery options are: –
- Free post (Royal Mail 2nd class) Estimated delivery 2-5 working days
- Royal Mail 1st class £2.50 Estimated delivery 1-2 working days
- Royal Mail Special Delivery £5.00 (next working day before 1pm, if ordered before 2pm)
- Royal Mail 9.00AM Special Delivery £23.00 (next working day before 9am, if ordered before 2pm)
- Royal Mail Saturday Guaranteed by 1.00pm £12.00 (Saturday delivery if ordered before 2pm on a Friday)
- Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail upto 750g £7.00
- Royal Mail Overseas Small Parcel 750g to 2kg £15.00
- Royal Mail Overseas Parcel 2kg £22.00

If I choose Special Delivery, when will I receive my order?
You will receive your order the next working day before 1pm. Orders must be placed before 2pm the day before to ensure we can get the order out on time.
Can I have Saturday delivery?
We do offer Saturday delivery; orders must be placed before 2pm on Friday. The cost of this service is £12.00 (UK Only)
When will my order be dispatched?
Our aim is to get your order through the door as quickly as possible. If you order before 2pm Monday to Friday your order will be shipped out the same day. After 2pm the order will leave the following working day. In busy times it may vary i.e. Bank holidays and Christmas.
Can I return my part if I have ordered an incorrect part?
Simple answer is yes! You have 30 days to return your order if incorrect.
Please ensure the part has not been used or marked/damaged in anyway as we would be unable to refund or exchange.
Once the order arrives one of our team will check to make sure it meets the criteria stated above. Please note if you return the item outside our returns and refund policy, we will be unable to process a full refund.
We do offer a free post option on all orders; however, we are unable to offer this on exchanges. If you return an item for exchange, we will charge the cost of the return postage. This must be paid before the dispatch.
What do I do if there is a part missing from my order?
Firstly, we are sorry if your order arrives with a part missing. Please get in touch with our support team us straight away info@betd.co.uk and we will resolve your problem as a priority.
What do I do if I have received the incorrect part?
We’re sorry your order has turned up incorrect. Please get in touch with our support team straight away info@betd.co.uk and our team will help to get this resolve as quickly as possible.
What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
We’re sorry your order has arrived damaged; we do everything possible to ensure the parcels are well packed before they leave us but if theirs is a problem with a faulty or damaged item, we would like to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please get in touch with our support team straightaway, send a photo of the damage and a small explanation of the issue and we will resolve as quickly as possible.
How long do I have to return an item for exchange or refund?
If you change your mind on your purchase. You have 30 days to return the item, unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging for a refund.
Once the order arrives one of our team will check to make sure it meets the criteria stated above. Please note if you return the item outside our returns and refund policy, we will be unable to process a full refund.

How should I return my order?
Please return the item in the ordinal packaging with the invoice stating what you would like to do ie refund or exchange and our support team will do the rest, when it arrives back at betd.
