KMF Precision Engineering

KMF are the market leader when it comes to supplying precision sheet metal fabrication and we use them for a number of products. They provide us with specialist precision CNC machining including 5 axis, Horizontal, Vertical, Turning and Finishing. We began working with KMF in 2016 and continue to have a successful partnership with them. They provide us with even more value since they offer a full mechanical assembly which includes Helicoils and inserting thus forming a complete solution. The particular machinery used for our components are the Mazak: HCN 5000III with 12 pallet palletech and the Brother: TC-32B-QT.

Their Home Turf

KMF are close to our headquarters which is ideal since we spend so much time there! Not only is their facility close but it is filled with industry innovating equipment. Inside the 43,000 square feet facility you will find some of the highest technological advancements in the field including the Mazak VTC-800/30SR!

Their Portfolio

They have a great deal of experience when it comes to manufacturing virtually any type of equipment you can find having been founded all the way back in 1961. They provide their machinery components to a variety of industries from aerospace and military to medical and oil! You will be able to find their work pretty much anywhere whether it be on the interior of a premium aircraft or even high specification analyser equipment.
